UK Race Tracks

"Horses and jockeys mature earlier than people - which is why horses are admitted to race tracks at the age of two, and jockeys before they are old enough to shave."
Dick Deddoes

So you would like to go horse racing in the UK? If you are wondering "where is my nearest race track?" then look no further.

There are many race tracks across England, Scotland and Wales. Some for flat racing, some National Hunt. Most horse races in this country are run on grass, but there are some all weather tracks around. For most of the year racing takes place from around lunch time until late afternoon. However in the Summer when the nights are light, a good selection of night racing can also be found.

Mister Tips has obtained permission from ReceptionBell.com to offer you details of the UK's race tracks. Please remember to get in touch with the track prior to visiting to see when their next meeting is.

Mister Tips has teamed up with ReceptionBell.com - THE guide to UK hotels and tourist information on the internet - in order to bring you details of UK race courses - and places to stay nearby.
